The Challenge: Managing the UK’s No. 1 body mist brand requires balancing
high-volume output (dozens of launches) with a strict, youthful brand identity. 


The Insight: At this price point, packaging is the primary "treat." It has to feel aspirational and high-energy across every touchpoint, whether it’s a bottle in a store, a social media ad, or a trade show booth at Cosmoprof Bologna. 


The Solution: As part of the Incos design team, I managed the visual consistency for seasonal ranges and campaigns. I created assets that weren't just "branded", they were functional tools for conversion, connecting the playful digital vibe with the physical shelf presence.


The Impact: Supported 200 million units sold worldwide, ensuring a seamless visual experience for the brand across 60 countries and 25,000+ retail doors.
